Greetings from Students

“I have been a part of the University Evening College for a few months. My association with the college has shown me that it is more than my expectations. The idea of the evening college which had been around for half a century reflects on the imparting of higher education to the working students in and around the city of Mysore. It is a boon to those who work and have a desire to develop their skills further. The lecturers are dedicated in providing us instructions in an amazing way, with an expected few exceptions. To me, in this short time, the college has given a new perspective. It is inspiring that the UEC has been doing this for the past 50 years and to be a part of this celebration is a privilege. I look forward to the things that I have yet to learn in this institution”.

“I am a home maker. I always thought that being a home-maker, studies in higher education was a mirage. But University Evening College changed my perception. By the co-operation of my family members, I have joined this to pursue my ambition of securing graduation degree. My college has been a source of new ambition and academic enthusiasm for me. With well-trained and better-equipped teaching staff, it has filled in me new horizons of spirit and goal. I feel very happy to be part of the forthcoming Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the college. I would like to congratulate the alumni of this college, teaching staff and fellow-students who have made this college meaningful and fruitful”.
